During the COVID-19 epidemic, people may experience negative feelings, such as sadness, anxiety, fear, and even depression. 


But Mahatma Gandhi said that, "𝘛𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦. "


       This pandemic situation is also a type of battle. Thus, helping yourself and your family members, keep a positive attitude will be important for everybody to get through this difficult period. 


     The proverb "𝚂𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 𝙼𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝙸𝚗 𝚂𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 𝙱𝚘𝚍𝚢" insists that the mind and body should be both healthy and sound. A sound mind means a mind capable of a good, positive, and free-thinking mind... A healthy body is obtained by maintaining a good diet and good exercise to keep the body going. 


 𝘒𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨, 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥.

     When you stay at home for a long time, it is normal to feel upset or anxious. The first step is to recognize and accept these emotions.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲. 

Keep a proper diet that includes varied and nutritious foods. Follow a daily routine and keep a consistent sleep schedule.
